This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for all websites owned and/or managed by Bittylab, LLC., collectively called “Websites” including but not limited to www.bittylab.com, as well as all social media, publication and video websites. By visiting our Websites, using our service, and/or buying our products, you are accepting the practices described in these Policies. We will notify you of changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new policy on www.bittylab.com. Review our Policies regularly so that you can stay informed of our practices, as they may change in the future. Your assent to our Privacy Policy is essential for us to ship you our products and/or provide our services. You can opt-out and decide not to provide the requested personal information. However, by doing so, you will not receive the information and/or service you are requesting.
Personal Information Collection Practices:
The personal information we collect depends on how you use our Websites. If you purchase products from us, we collect shipping information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address. Affiliate Programs:
Bittylab’s affiliate program, also called Bitty-Affiliate, welcomes all participants residing within the US territories, including, but not limited to, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. An automated commission is paid only when the sale is completed and shipped. Bittylab is not responsible for any payments, fees, or charges that the affiliate may have incurred while promoting his/her link, other than commission once the sale is completed and shipped. The commission base excludes taxes, shipping, and handling fees. Any commissions paid on returned items will be debited from your pending earned commissions. Bittylab is not responsible for any fees PayPal may incur, visit PayPal.com for terms. This program is available for US residents 18 years old or older. This program is only for retail products. All wholesale purchases are excluded. Bittylab, LLC may at any time modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate the affiliate programs or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, without notice to you. After termination, you shall no longer access the pages designated for this program within the Websites. Any and all Content submitted will be deleted and or destroyed and not available for return. Your Account:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords associated with your Bittylab, LLC account, monitor all activity under the account, and assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account (unless we cause a security breach).
Fraud:
Bittylab, LLC reserves the right to:
- Close member accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained discount or coupon code is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on any of the Websites owned or operated by Bittylab, LLC.
- Refuse sales to individuals or companies with fraudulent behavior or previous record of fraud.
- Ban individuals or companies that show destructive or fraudulent behavior toward the company or its products from all affiliated websites, including but not limited to social media, video channels, and retailers.
Products
Warranty:
Bittylab is committed to producing the most innovative, functional, and highest quality baby products available today. Despite our best efforts, things do not always go as planned. In case of a manufacturer’s defect, Bittylab will replace the defective part(s), for 90 days from the date of purchase or the date received (if it was ordered on-line). First, contact support@bittylab.com to inform us of your defective piece. You must attach a picture of the defected part, along with your order number or a copy of your original receipt if purchased from an authorized retail store. Bittylab will email you a pre-paid postage label for you to return the piece, as soon as we receive notification that your return piece is in transit, we will mail you the replacement part. We do not warrant products purchased from unauthorized retailers, second-hand sellers, used or modified products, products that infringe on our policies nor encourage fraudulent behavior from retailers or individuals. If fraud is suspected, we have the obligation to immediately report it to the local authorities.
Shipping:
We at Bittylab want to ensure that you receive your Bare order as soon as possible and at the best possible shipping rate. Tracking information will become available as soon as orders are received. Transit times are typically 4 to 7 business days within the contiguous U.S. Longer transit times apply to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. To track your package follow directions on your order information. We accept P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. Delivery dates are Monday thru Saturday. No Saturday delivery surcharges.
Returns:
We value and appreciate your business. The return policy is 30 days for unused, unopened, factory sealed products only. We do not withhold restocking fees. We do not provide return labels. The item must be received and inspected before we grant a full refund. Our direct-to-consumer online store does not accept returns of used or opened items. Bittylab takes pride in selling only brand new, factory sealed products. We do not take returns of used items because we don’t sell used or slightly used/tried/opened/pre-owned/refurbished/etc. products, like other stores. We respect you as a customer and offer you the best we have. In turn, our customers can be confident that the Bare® Air-free system they just bought from our store is a new, factory sealed product. We hope you appreciate our quality assurance policy.
In the case of any product damage incurred during shipping, or an error on our part with regard to processing your order, please contact us immediately at support@bittylab.com and let us know the nature of the error or damage. Further investigation as well as photographs may be necessary. We will replace or refund your purchase if the event is the result of our error. If you received a defective item, see “Warranty” above.
Events
Giveaway Contests:
The information collected during contests hosted by Bittylab, LLC, in any of our Websites, will be used to contact you if you win. This information adheres to the Privacy Policy above. By entering the contests you agree to receive communication from Bittylab, LLC. Giveaway is for US residents, aged 18 or older. Giveaway ends on the last day of the month the contest is taking place unless posted otherwise. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Winner will be notified via email. Prizes will be shipped directly by the sponsors. Sponsors are not responsible for shipping delays or damage in transit.
Bittylab, LLC may at any time modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate the contest (s) hosted in any of the Websites, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, a notice via email will be sent to you only if you have entered the giveaway at the time of termination, cancellation or suspension.
